Standard visual inspection 

     This includes on-site time as needed for the inspection, discussion, questions and a full written report.  Inspections usually take 2 to 3 hours.  This fee covers homes up to 3 bedrooms / 2 baths, and up to 2500 square feet.  It includes a garage, attached or detached, if it has not been converted to other uses. 

Single-Family (up to 2500 sf):  $250.00
Single-Family (2500-3500 sf):  $275.00
Single Family (over 3500 sf):   $300.00

Detached garages or utility building used as living space, shop, studio, etc. 

     This fee applies to garages and similar buildings that have been converted to other uses, and that are no longer used primarily for storing a vehicle or other property.  If you prefer, we can exclude a detached building from the inspection, eliminating the extra fee.
